Introduction
When a student does not know about the subject and is afraid of exams, fear is quite natural. But sometimes a person is well prepared, but still feels such a strong fear of the exam, as such he knows nothing. Exam anxiety can strike before, during and after a test. Battling this type of performance anxiety can be hard, but it is not impossible. Good study habits and learning how to relax can help students overcome exam fear.

Conclusion
We think that this plan is convenient to keep in mind preparing for exam:
Relax. Try doing some meditation. Give your brain some rest and think positive.
Make a plan and follow a plan. Divide your topics and complete them in parts.
Take breaks in between study hours. Breaks are as important as studying.
Avoid repetitive reading. There is a common feeling that if I read again and again, I will retain it. Avoid it. Continue with your plan. If you follow your plan properly, you’ll have enough time to revise everything.
Sleep properly. Your body and brain need rest. A sound sleep makes you more efficient for the next day.
Talk to your parents and friends. This also helps in reducing your anxiety and stress.
Think positive. Think about your strengths and not your weaknesses.

Living in a Big City

The sun rises. The morning with its innocence and freshness is reflected in a million sparkling windows of the megapolis.
The day has begun. Voices and sounds fill the air of the city and finally it has become an immense creature. We are the part of this monster, its moving body, its brain, its blood.
Everyone is connected with the City, everyone depends on the rules it makes. We are all and nothing for it. We are just the people.
I open my eyes. The dream hasn’t brought deep calm to my soul. I’m tired, but I have to get up and move, move, move... play the role chosen by someone else, not by me.
But I have to, and every morning I wake up to have my tasteless breakfast and to leave my house.
The streets. They’re always full of silent thoughts, hopes, desires. Chains of people, hurrying somewhere on business, let me into the body of a crowd and I become a link of this chain. Then I find myself the one in this kingdom of Indifference. And its power is everywhere: wherever I turn my head I see people going down into the subway or waiting at the bus-stop. More often than not their faces express nothing or only irritation. Nothing more for each other, not even a smile. I’m the same. I have to play the role – it’s the only way to survive in the mad rhythm in the world of the megapolis.
The darkness comes. It brings the cold. The bodies of the city beings move under the night lights, shivering in the blue colour of the moon. The night. It’s the time of desire and feasting, it’s also the spell of anger, trembling voices, drunken laughter and screaming. It’s a spell of oblivion.
And who are we then, living in a big city, deep feelings and empty hearts? What are we in the world of high buildings and low desires?
We’re the body of the city, its brains, its blood.
We’re just the people…

Our changeable life

Introduction
“We all have big changes in our lives that are more or less a second chance.” Harrison Ford

Changers are often unnoticed, or it may simply be a slight nuisance. It’s sometimes uncomfortable, or excruciatingly painful. Once in a while, it’s life changing.
We are often resistant to change, and we don’t realize that change itself is constant.
Even if you resist or avoid it, it will enter your life just the same. When you initiate the change yourself, it’s pretty easy to adopt to it, since it’s a wanted one.
But are the unplanned and unexpected changes bad? What if all changes were good by default?

Conclusion
“Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.” says Lao Tzu. I think it is true. Changers are good even if they themselves are not so good. Now than you now much about this topic, say do you appreciate changers and what things you do to change your life.
